1997-2009: building the muscle
Rashmi began her career in 1997 as a systems analyst and project lead — long before "AI" or even "SaaS" were words anyone used. Years of hands-on project management followed, including a stint as Project Manager at VGL Softech, working on enterprise ERP systems.
In 2009, she founded Aryavrat Infotech Inc. — not to build a single product, but to solve a problem she kept seeing everywhere: businesses running on effort and memory instead of systems.

TitaPro isn't Aryavrat's first attempt at this problem. It's the third. As CTO at Arya, Rashmi built TNT — "A Productivity Platform" — a real-time efficiency tool that captured how teams actually worked. It was rough by today's standards, but it taught the lesson everything since has been built on: tracking activity is easy. Turning it into a decision is the hard part.
